Value View Media is a legit CPM based ad network, which is steadily building their reputation among top publishers. Although fill rate is quite low at around 30%, they make up for it by accepting back-up ad tags from different ad networks, so that none of the publishers’ traffic gets wasted. They also provide better CPM rate than most of the other CPM publisher networks. However at Net45-Net-60, their payment schedule has one of the longest waiting time. Recommended for websites having majority of traffic from USA, CA or any other top tier EU country.
