Ro2.biz is a CPM plus CPC network originating from Bucharest, Romania and they have been in and around in the business since 2010. Alongside publisher and advertiser solutions, they also offer website creation services. They do not promise to provide 100% fill rate but more or less have advertisers from almost all the countries. Good thing about Ro2.biz is that a publisher is allowed to choose his preferred model – either CPM or CPC or both. And it’s worth to mention here that they do have a very detailed reporting system in place which captures geographic location, IP address of the visitor and also shows which ad (brand) was actually displayed to each visitor.

However the big let down of Ro2.biz CPM network is that they count only unique impressions per IP per 24 hours – which means if one visitor generates 10 page-views and a publisher has 3 banners on a single page, instead of counting 30 impressions (1x10x3), they will count just 1 (one) impression – which defies the purpose of calling one a true CPM network. Hence, in true sense, publishers are actually robbed off a large chunk of potential revenue.

Ro2.biz publisher network is legit and they are paying. However, revenue generation is on the slower side as they count only one impression per IP per day (24 hours). Suitable for small publishers’ sites which do not get approved by any proven CPM network.
